Off Ledger - The Run That Shouldn't Have Counted
It was supposed to stay off the Ledger. Then G//NET saw it.
Off Ledger does not mean without consequence. It means without protection. Once the clip escaped, Kellan Roux stopped being local and became a number someone could trade.
The run was supposed to stay private: no broadcast, no official timing, no sponsor watermark, no route admission. Just Gate 8, a challenge, and enough witnesses to make denial useful.
Then G//NET saw it.
By morning, the clip had three cuts, five captions, and a market projection that made Kellan's name look heavier than it had the night before. Sponsors wanted a meeting. Manufacturers wanted the telemetry. Oddsmakers wanted the terms. Neo Noctis wanted to know what the Roux family had been hiding.
Some runs are not supposed to count. Some runs change everything.

The Archive is how G//LYDE opens before Volume Zero: story fragments, route lore, character pressure, visual drops, and files that make the sport feel lived in.
